Registration for the 2010 season IS OPEN FOR MAJORS ONLY!

REGISTRATION DATES

On-Going Registration through January 30, 2010	Mail-in Registration form and Volunteer form
Register at Player Evaluations Jan 30, 9:00-10:00 am	Caroline Wenzel Fields [please be prepared to remain for player evaluations]
Late Registration January 31 - February 12, 2010	Mail-in Registration form and Volunteer form

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration: Ages 7-16** [Rookie, Mini-Minor, Minor, Major Divisions]	$125 + $75 refundable volunteer deposit*
Registration: Ages 4 ^1/2 - 6 [T-Ball Division]	$75 + $75 refundable volunteer deposit*
Registration: High School Team Players*	$75 + $75 refundable volunteer deposit*
*Volunteer Deposit [fully refundable upon completion of 8+ volunteer hours]	$75
Optional Zero deductible insurance coverage	$11
Late Fee Surcharge for registrations completed after January 30, 2010	$10

**ONLY high school students who are playing for their school softball team for the 2010-2011 season are eligible to pay the reduced fee.
(No child will be denied due to financial hardship. Please call Azizi Penn @ 392-2318 to discuss payment arrangements.)

OPTIONAL: Pay On-line with a Credit Card via PayPal

Full on-line registration is NOT available at this time. However, for a convenience fee of $5, you may securely pay registration fees online via PayPal. You will still need to send or bring in your completed registration and volunteer forms along with a PayPal receipt by the registration deadlines outlined above. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use this service.

How to Register and pay via PayPal.

1. Download, Print and Complete the Registration and Volunteer Forms.

2. Complete the PAYPAL ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION at the bottom of this page by doing the following:

Select your registration type
Enter your player's name(s)
Press "Pay Now."

You will be re-directed to PayPal's website to securely enter your payment information.

3. After completing your payment, print out your PayPal receipt and include a copy of this receipt with your registration forms and mail to:
